Piano Removal

Need an old piano removed from your home, garage, basement, or business? Mighty Junk provides reliable piano removal in Calgary and surrounding areas. Whether you have an upright piano, baby grand, or another large piano that you no longer need, our team can safely remove it and take care of the disposal.

Pianos are heavy, awkward, and difficult to move without the right equipment and experience. Our team handles the heavy lifting so you don’t have to worry about trying to get a piano through tight doorways, down stairs, or out of a basement.

Mighty Junk removes pianos throughout Calgary with straightforward pricing based on the size and location of the piano. Pianos located in a garage, as well as apartment-sized pianos, are $350 for removal. Larger pianos, including those taller than approximately 4.5 to 5 feet, are $700 for removal. Because of the size and weight of larger pianos, access is very important. We do not remove pianos from basements unless there is a direct exterior door that allows the piano to be removed without bringing it up basement stairs. If you’re unsure whether your piano qualifies for our $350 or $700 rate, send us a photo of the piano and its location and we’ll be happy to confirm.
