Are you insured and licensed?
Yes. Our trucks and labourers are fully licensed and insured in the case of unintentional property damage or injury.
Do you recycle and donate?
We have proudly recycled thousands of tonnes of metal and continue to maintain good relationships with numerous charitable organizations like Habitat for Humanity to keep donatable items and junk out of the landfill.
How do you calculate the prices you charge?
We need to be able to cover the cost of the team going to your location, the labour, the gas and truck being sent to your location, and the cost of disposal for the items that are being removed.
Can my donations be picked up for free?
Unfortunately, no. Our business is not a registered Not-For-Profit. Therefore, we do have overhead that we need to cover to pickup your donation. There is also no guarantee that the item can be donated, which means we have to incur a cost to dump it.
What methods of payment can I use?

We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and e-transfers! Payment is processed and completed on-site at the end of the job. 

What Should I Expect at Closing?

Can I get a price before you arrive over the phone?
Unfortunately, no. We charge by volume and in some circumstances, weight. Pictures can be deceiving and not all generic items weigh the same. We can try to deliver a rough estimate of the price, but that does not guarantee that, that will be the quote that is delivered to you.
How do you charge for junk removal?

We charge by the volume (amount of space) your items take up in our truck. The price may vary in some circumstances with heavy items such as concrete that are very expensive to dispose of. To learn more about our prices click here!

How long is each appointment?

Appointment durations are not a fixed amount of time. We will spend as long as needed to complete the job in an effective manner. Appointments can be scheduled in advance and we will work around your schedule and do our best to accommodate you when we are given short notice. We will reconnect with you 30 minutes prior to our arrival to confirm an exact time.
